JVC Victor eh? JVCV? Japan Victor Corporation Victor? Or are you saying that Japan Victor Corporation is the Victor for this model?

Is there a video scaler that will scale to 4k? Also, what is the likely range on "open pricing"? If it is over $30K, then I won't bother even daydreaming about it.

Your several thousand dollar external scalers / video processors such as Lumagen, DVDO, Algolith, Vigatec, Cinemateq, Runco, Vantage, or Crystalio certainly cannot display 4k at this point in time; I would be suprised if they didn't in the next year or so.
